Admit Weekend consists of 300+ events hosted by Stanford's academic and student affairs departments, admission and financial aid, and student organizations. This at-a-glance schedule provides a high-level summary of major events, but there's so much to explore on the Farm. Admitted students and their guests can plan their visit in greater detail with the Stanford Admit Weekend app. Guests were invited to the app on April 15.

All admitted students and guests must check in to receive their name badge before attending events and entering dining halls.

All times are Pacific.

Thursday, April 23

8:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m.*
Check-In
Check in to receive your name badge, your ticket to entry to all Admit Weekend events. Enjoy complimentary continental breakfast until 10:30 a.m.
Students who requested to stay overnight on campus should bring their luggage to check-in.

*Before 6:00 p.m., check-in will be in the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (341 Galvez St). After 6:00 p.m., check-in will be at Montag Hall (355 Galvez St).

9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Finances and Your Stanford Education
The Student Services Center and the Financial Aid Office talk about the real cost of a Stanford education, the student billing process, and the types of financial aid available.  This session will be hosted again on Friday at 9:00 a.m.

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Financial Aid Drop-In Advising
Admitted students and their families can drop-in to Montag Hall (355 Galvez St) to meet with a financial aid officer. Wait times vary throughout Admit Weekend. Students and guests are encouraged to attend Finances and Your Stanford Education first.

9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Stanford Bookstore
Admitted students can come to the Bookstore for a Coupon for 10% off one item (exclusions apply on certain items).

10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Find Your Own Stanford Fair
The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE) welcomes admitted students and families to learn about undergraduate programs and resources that will support their academic journey at Stanford. Topics will include first-year and general education requirements, research, study away, and service opportunities.

10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Connecting with Stanford's Office of Accessible Education (OAE)
OAE staff are available to chat about making your Stanford experience accessible. Topics will include disability-related accommodations in the academic and housing environments, and how to connect with OAE services as a student. OAE staff will be available at the same time Friday.

10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Campus Walking Tours (various start times)
Take a one-hour campus walking tour with a current undergraduate student. Students register for tour times as part of their Admit Weekend registration. All tours leave from Memorial Court.

11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Master Classes
Faculty teach select lectures to give admitted students and their guests insight into what academic life at Stanford is like.

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Lunch in the Dining Halls (Admits & Guests)
Admitted students and their guests can eat complimentary lunch in any campus dining hall with their name badge. Please note that dining halls' lunch hours vary.

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The Humanities and Arts Experience at Stanford
Faculty lead interactive activities to allow admitted students and guests to experience the breadth of academic opportunities at Stanford first-hand.

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Student Housing, Dining and Sustainability Programs at Stanford for First Year Students
Stanford Residential & Dining Enterprises (R&DE) manages student housing and dining at Stanford. Leaders from R&DE Student Housing Operations and Stanford Conferences, Stanford Dining, Hospitality & Auxiliaries, and Maintenance Operations & Capital Projects will answer questions about their programs and the first-year experience.

3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Dean’s Welcome
Richard H. Shaw, Dean of Undergraduate Admission and Financial Aid, welcomes the Class of 2030 and their guests to the Farm.

We recommend that guests plan to say their farewells to their admitted student after the Dean's Welcome and before ProFro pickup. Admitted students will be engaged in Admit-only programming the rest of the evening.

4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
ProFro Pickup (Admits Only*)
Prospective first-years (ProFros) meet their House Hosts (HoHos) before collecting their luggage from check-in and walking to their dorms.
*All admitted students are encouraged to attend, even if they are not staying overnight on campus. They can join any HoHo at ProFro Pickup to see their dorm, eat dinner together, and enjoy that dorm's evening programming and dorm crawl.

4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Health & Well-Being at Stanford (Guests Only)
A panel of Stanford student health and well-being leaders, moderated by Dr. Jim Jacobs, Associate Vice Provost and Executive Director of Vaden Health Services, will discuss the various services and programs available to support student physical and mental health. After exploration of the vast network of resources for students, panelists will answer questions in a live Q&A and will be available for individual consultation after the presentation. Additionally, staff from all Vaden units will be available in the Traitel lobby before, during and after the panel presentation for consultation and information.

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Dinner in the Dining Halls (Admits Only)
Admitted students eat dinner in the dining halls with the HoHos and other students from the dorm they were assigned for their overnight stay. Those who aren't staying overnight can eat dinner with a dorm of their choosing.

8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
House Meetings and Dorm Crawl (Admits Only)
House Hosts (HoHos) will lead House Meetings and activities for admitted students before kicking off the Dorm Crawl, an opportunity for admitted students to visit multiple dorms. The first twenty to hand in their fully stamped dorm card on Friday night at On Call Cafe will get a free drink! Admitted students can attend any dorm's programming, even if they aren't staying on campus overnight.

Friday, April 24

7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

A Conversation with University Leadership
President Jonathan Levin moderates a panel conversation with Provost Jenny Martinez, Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education Jay Hamilton, ASSU (student government) President Ava Brown, and ASSU Vice President Will Berriman. Seating is limited and first-come, first-serve, with overflow seating available.

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Lunch in the Dining Halls (Admits & Guests)
Admitted students and their guests can eat complimentary lunch in any campus dining hall with their name badge. Please note that dining halls' lunch hours vary.

Activities Fair
Stanford students representing more than 200 student organizations host tables where admitted students can learn about their impact on campus and how to get involved.

Academic Department, Student Services, and Community Center Open Houses (various start and end times)
Open houses during this time include, but are not limited to: STEM departments, Academic Advising, Career Education, Haas Center for Public Service, Asian American Activities Center, El Centro Chicano y Latino, First-Generation and/or Low-Income Student Success Center, Hillel, the Markaz, Native American Cultural Center, Queer Student Resources, and Women's Community Center.

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Academic Advising Welcome Table
Drop by to meet Academic Advisors and inquire about potential academic pathways, general education and/or major requirements, the wide array of academic offerings at Stanford, and more!

3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Master Classes
Faculty teach select lectures to give admitted students and their guests insight into what academic life at Stanford is like.

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Ad(meet) & Greet (Admits Only)
Get to know fellow ProFros from your part of the world. Enjoy dessert, photobooths, and conversation.

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
A Conversation with Parents (Guests Only)
The Stanford Parents' Club hosts a panel of parents of current and former Stanford students as they share their experiences.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Dinner in the Dining Halls (Admits Only)
Admitted students eat dinner in a dining hall of their choice.

7:00 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.
Late Night Student Programming (Admits Only)
Student organizations host activities for admitted students.

A Cappella Showcase (Admits Only)
Enjoy performances by a sampling of Stanford's a cappella groups.

8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Dance Expo (Admits Only)
Enjoy performances by a sampling of Stanford's dance ensembles.

Saturday, April 25

8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Parent Breakfast (Guests Only)
Parents and guests of admitted students enjoy continental breakfast and an opportunity to mingle with Dean Richard H. Shaw and admission officers.

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
April Symposium of Undergraduate Research and Public Service (ASURPS)
Current undergraduates gather to present their research, arts, senior synthesis, and public service projects to the broader university community. Learn about how these students have developed their intellectual interests, built projects, and formed connections with faculty and community partners.

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Financial Aid Drop-In Advising

Cardinal Closing Celebration
ProFros and guests are invited to a closing celebration in partnership with Stanford Athletics — your introduction to the energy, community, and fun that define game days on The Farm. Enjoy games, photo stations, giveaways, live music, and more, designed to bring the Class of 2030 together in true Cardinal fashion. Plus, learn your first of many game day traditions, and take your final opportunity to ring the gong! Arrive by 11:45 a.m. to join Andrew Luck, Dean Richard H. Shaw, and your classmates for a closing moment you won’t want to miss — because this isn’t a sendoff, it’s your starting point as a Stanford fan!
